As we began to reflect on our 50th Anniversary in business, we were both humbled and amazed by those memorable occasions that have marked our journey: our first “big” job, reaching out to employ others, painting Children’s Hospital, our millionth gallon of paint, just to name a few. None of these milestones were in the business plan back in 1963 when Joe Paradiso and Robert Dodd committed to specializing in commercial painting. The plan was pretty basic. Deliver the job on time and within budget. Integrity, honesty and commitment to quality weren’t just merely expected, they were required on every job. Simply put, “to be the best every day”.
Now 50 years and countless projects later, we have come to understand that the most rewarding effort we have put forth as a company has been cultivating relationships with you, our clients. And, with the second generation of family ownership at the helm, it is our hope for the next fifty years that these relationships, like the core values upon which they were built, remain strong.
